Beta scope
PulseTen is an evaluation-stage market analytics product. Features, venue coverage, retention and availability may change before paid launch.
No advice, execution or custody
Displays, news tags, alerts, spreads, order-flow signals and paper results are informational only. PulseTen does not route real orders, hold funds or request trading credentials. Simulated fills may differ from real fees, slippage and market impact.
Feed limitations
Third-party public feeds may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable or regionally restricted. Publisher cadence and observed browser latency are not guaranteed execution speed. Verify critical information independently.
Reservations and risk
A founding reservation is not a purchase and no charge occurs while billing is disconnected. Final paid terms appear before subscription. Digital-asset trading carries substantial risk; you remain responsible for eligibility, fees and every decision.
Trials, renewal and cancellation
Eligible Pro subscriptions include a seven-day trial; a valid partner attribution extends it to fourteen days. Unless canceled before trial expiration, the chosen monthly or annual plan renews automatically through Stripe. The next charge date and cancellation state appear on the account page. Cancellation takes effect according to the Stripe subscription schedule.
Failed payments and refunds
A failed renewal may receive a 72-hour grace period. If payment is not recovered, paid entitlements are removed without deleting the account. Refund and chargeback decisions follow the displayed billing terms and applicable law; partner commission is reversed when collected revenue is reversed.
Acceptable use
Do not bypass plan limits, scrape protected interfaces, share access credentials, overload feeds, misrepresent stale data, or use PulseTen for unlawful market manipulation. Desk/API commercial use requires an active Desk plan and its documented limits.
