Billing terms
A selected subscription renews automatically after its trial. The account page shows the plan, trial expiration, next charge date and cancellation state. Upgrade, downgrade and cancellation use the secure Stripe Customer Portal. Failed payments receive a 72-hour grace period before paid entitlements are removed. Refunds and chargebacks remove related partner commission.
No card details are handled by PulseTen servers. Live billing is not represented as active until Stripe production configuration and an end-to-end payment are verified.
