Simple data use. No hidden resale.
Effective August 19, 2026
This English notice controls the beta service.
What we collect
When you reserve access, PulseTen records your email, trader profile, plan interest, referral source, interface language and consent timestamp. The Pro terminal may store a device identifier, preferences and limited feed-health telemetry.
Why we use it
We use this data to manage beta invitations, provide saved settings, prevent abuse, understand trader workflows and improve reliability.
Payments and credentials
Billing is not connected. PulseTen does not collect card details, exchange passwords, trading API keys or custody credentials. Paper execution is simulated.
Sharing, retention and your rights
We do not sell reservation data. Hosting providers may process it only to operate the service. You may unsubscribe or request access or deletion by replying to a PulseTen invitation. Linked publishers and exchanges apply their own privacy terms.
Accounts, billing and referrals
Authentication is handled by the hosting platform. PulseTen stores the account email and display name, subscription state, saved settings, usage allowance and referral attribution. Stripe processes card and billing details; PulseTen stores only Stripe customer, subscription and verified event identifiers. Partner reporting contains aggregate referral and commission records.
Privacy-conscious analytics
PulseTen records product funnel events, path, referral source and a pseudonymous visitor identifier. It does not publish personal customer data, sell reservation data or use profit screenshots or trading-performance profiles.
Contact and rights
