Brak porady, egzekucji i powiernictwa
Ekrany, tagi newsów, alerty, spready, sygnały i wyniki paper mają charakter informacyjny. PulseTen nie wysyła realnych zleceń, nie przechowuje środków i nie prosi o dane tradingowe.
Ograniczenia feedów
Publiczne feedy stron trzecich mogą być opóźnione, niepełne, niedostępne lub ograniczone regionalnie. Kadencja i opóźnienie w przeglądarce nie gwarantują szybkości realizacji.
Rezerwacje i ryzyko
Rezerwacja founderska nie jest zakupem i bez płatności nie ma obciążenia. Warunki płatne pokażemy przed subskrypcją. Handel krypto wiąże się z dużym ryzykiem.
Trials, renewal and cancellation
Eligible Pro subscriptions include a seven-day trial; a valid partner attribution extends it to fourteen days. Unless canceled before trial expiration, the chosen monthly or annual plan renews automatically through Stripe. The next charge date and cancellation state appear on the account page. Cancellation takes effect according to the Stripe subscription schedule.
Failed payments and refunds
A failed renewal may receive a 72-hour grace period. If payment is not recovered, paid entitlements are removed without deleting the account. Refund and chargeback decisions follow the displayed billing terms and applicable law; partner commission is reversed when collected revenue is reversed.
Acceptable use
Do not bypass plan limits, scrape protected interfaces, share access credentials, overload feeds, misrepresent stale data, or use PulseTen for unlawful market manipulation. Desk/API commercial use requires an active Desk plan and its documented limits.
